| 摘 要： | 目的研究PTEN、FAK在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学（PowerVision两步法）的方法检测42例膀胱移行细胞癌和8例正常膀胱黏膜标本中PTEN、FAK蛋白的表达，分析各个指标和病理参数的关系。结果膀胱癌组织中PTEN、FAK的阳性表达率分别为69．05％、66．7％，与正常黏膜对比均具有显著性差异（P〈0．05），随肿瘤的分期分级的升高，PTEN的染色强度具有下降趋势，FAK蛋白的阳性表达呈上升趋势，二者呈负相关。结论PTEN、FAK蛋白表达在膀胱癌的发生、发展中起协同作用，二者的协同检测有助于判断预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of PTEN and FAK in patients with bladder transitional cell cancer. Methods A total of 42 cases with bladder transitional cell cancer and 8 eases of normal b.ladder mucosas were detected using PowerVision immunohistochemistry staining. Results Among the 42 casess of bladder cancer, the positive rate of PTEN and FAK was 69.05% and 66.7%. and had significant difference compared with the normal mucosa. PTEN expression decreased while FAK expression increased advance of tumor grade and stage. The Sperman analysis showed the expression of PTEN and FAK had a negtive correlation. Conclusion The expression of PTEN and FAK protein is related with of tumor development, infiltration and metastasis, and the combined detectation can be used as a prognostic indicator. |
