双吻合技术在高龄低位直肠癌保肛术中的应用

[摘要] 目的 探讨双吻合器技术在高龄低位直肠癌患者中应用的可行性。方法 回顾性分析32例距肛缘7cm内高龄低位直肠癌患者的临床资料, 年龄75~88岁,其中距肛缘3cm~5cm9例,5.1~7cm23例。结果 全组无吻合口瘘及狭窄。切口感染8例、肺部感染12例、排尿困难7例。结论 高龄低位直肠癌患者应用双吻合器技术保肛是安全的,并能提高生活质量。

Application the double staping technique in Anus reservation of the aged patients with low rectal carcinoma.

【ABSTRACT】 Objective: To explore the feasibility of anus-protective operatious for the aged patients with low rectal cancer. Methods: The auther summarized 32 cases of low rectal cancer had undergone rectectomy with this technique. Results：all cases had no anastomotic leakage and anastomotic stricture, Infection of incisional wound occurred in 8 cases, pulmonary infection 12 cases and urinary retetion 7 cases. Conclusion: The double staping technique in Anus reservation provides effective treatment for low rectal cancer with satisfactory survival rate and quality of life.
