双腔右心室的诊断和外科治疗

双腔右心室是一种较少见的先天性心脏病。本文报告11例,其中10例并发膜周部室间隔缺损,1例并发永存左上腔静脉。手术均在中度低温体外循环下经右心室纵切口进行,采用冷心脏停搏液和心包腔内小冰袋保护心肌。无术后早期和晚期死亡。全部病例均已随访2～10年,术前症状和心脏杂音完全消失,手术效果满意。就本病的病理解剖、临床诊断和手术技术进行了扼要的讨论。

CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS AND SURGICAL TREATMENT OF DOUBLE-CHAMBERED RIGHT VENTRICLE

Double-chambered right ventricle (DCRV) is an uncommon congenital cardiac disease. This article reports 11 cases. Associated anomalies included perimembranous ventricular septal defect in 10 cases and left superior vena cava in1. All operations were performed through a lougitudinal ventriculotomy under cardiopulmonary bypass with moderate hypothermia. Cold cardioplegia and intrapericardial ice bags were used for myocardial protection. There were no early and late postoperative death. Follow-up has been from 2 to 10 years. The preoperative symptoms and the cardiac murmur of all cases disappeared. The surgical results were excellent. The pathoanatomy, clinical diagnosis and surgical technique of this disease were discussed briefly.
