一种SD大鼠实验性牙周炎模型的建立方法

目的 通过优化方法建立大鼠牙周炎动物模型,观察牙周炎动物模型牙槽骨吸收程度。方法 丝线结扎牙周炎组大鼠上颌第二磨牙。建模期间观察实验大鼠牙周情况,影像学检测大鼠牙槽骨吸收情况,体视显微镜测量牙槽骨吸收量。RT-qPCR法检测牙龈组织中TNF-α、MMP-8 mRNA的相对表达水平。结果 牙周病组大鼠上颌第二磨牙牙周组织炎症逐渐加重,牙槽骨吸收量增大,松动度逐渐加大,牙周病组TNF-α、MMP-8 mRNA相对表达量与对照组比较增高。结论 通过优化造模方法,成功建立SD大鼠牙周炎动物模型。

A method for establishment of experimental periodontitis model in SD rats

Objective To establish an animal model of rat periodontitis by optimization method and observe the degree of alveolar bone resorption in animal models of periodontitis.Methods The maxillary second molars of the rats in the periodontitis group were ligated with silk. During the modeling period, the periodontal condition of the rats was observed. The alveolar bone resorption was detected by imaging. The alveolar bone resorption was measured by stereo microscope. The relative expression levels of TNF-α and MMP-8 mRNA in gingival tissues were detected by RT-qPCR.Results In the experimental group, the periodontal tissue inflammation of the maxillary second molars gradually increased, the alveolar bone absorption increased, and the looseness gradually increased. The relative expression of TNF-α and MMP-8 mRNA in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion The animal model of SD rat periodontitis was successfully established by optimizing the modeling method.
