肾病综合征患儿父母的亲职压力现状调查的研究

目的 通过对肾病综合征(NS)患儿父母的亲职压力现状的调查,了解NS患儿父母的亲职压力水平。方法 选取200例NS患儿的父母,使用自行设计的一般情况调查表、亲职压力量表简表对其亲职压力情况进行调查。结果 NS患儿父母的亲职压力平均得分为(93.41±11.09)分,明显高于正常压力水平。在其3个维度中,得分最高的是亲职愁苦,得分最低的是亲子互动失调。结论 多数NS患儿父母的亲职压力较高,医护人员应针对性地采取相应的干预措施,帮助其缓解由患儿疾病带来的心理、精神上的压力。

Investigation about parental stress of parents whose children with nephrotic syndrome

Objective To investigate the situation of parental stress of parents whose children with nephrotic syndrome and understand the level of parental stress of these parents.Methods The parents of 200 children with nephrotic syndrome were selected,and their parental stress was investigated by self-designed general situation questionnaire and parenting stress index-short from. Results The average score of parental stress of parents whose children with nephrotic syndrome was (93.41±11.09),which was significantly higher than the normal stress.In the three dimensions,the highest score was parental distress,and the lowest score was parent-child interaction disorder.Conclusion Most parents whose children with nephrotic syndrome have higher parental stress. Medical staff should take appropriate intervention measures to help them relieve the psychological and mental stress caused by the children's disease.
