摘    要:目的 优化土茯苓中黄杞苷的提取方法,比较不同产地土茯苓中黄杞苷含量。方法 以黄杞苷含量作为考察指标,采用HPLC法测定其含量;以70%、80%、95%乙醇作为溶剂,采用回流提取、常温超声波辅助提取和常温渗漉提取三种方法进行提取。结果 越南产土茯苓的黄杞苷含量最高为0.0575%。以越南产的土茯苓为原料,最佳提取方法为70%乙醇作为提取溶剂,常温超声波辅助提取,黄杞苷含量为0.0684%。结论 越南产土茯苓的黄杞苷含量相对较高,所确定提取方法提取效率高、能耗低。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction method of engeletin from Smilax glabra Roxb and compare the differences of the content of engeletin from different regions. Methods Taking the content of engeletin as evaluation index. The content of engeletin was determined by HPLC. 70%, 80%, and 95% ethanol were used as solvent. Reflux extraction, ultrasound-associated extraction, percolation extraction were used as extraction methods. Results The content of engeletin in Smilax glabra Roxb from Vietnam was 0.0575% and it is the highest one of all tested samples. Conclusion The content of engeletin in Smilax glabra from Vietnam was higher than the others. The best extraction method has high extraction efficiency and low power consumes.
