综合护理干预在老年粗隆间骨折患者围手术期下肢深静脉血栓预防的临床观察

目的 评价综合护理干预对老年粗隆间骨折患者围手术期预防下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的有效性。方法 对120例老年粗隆间骨折患者入院第1、7、14、21天凝血指标(D-二聚体)监测,双下肢深静脉彩色多普勒超声检查等的比较,观察并比较两组的DVT发生率。结果 两组患者术后第1天D-二聚体检测结果比较,差异无统计学意义;第7、14、21天D-二聚体检测结果比较,差异有统计学意义。120例患者共有10例发生了下肢DVT,其中实验组2例,对照组8例。结论 护理干预作为预防DVT形成的一种综合护理措施,可有效地降低下肢DVT的发生率。

Clinical observation of comprehensive nursing intervention in prevention of lower limbs deep venous thrombosis in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture during perioperative period

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing intervention on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of lower limbs during perioperative period in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods The incidence of DVT was observed and compared in 120 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture by D- dimer monitoring and color doppler ultrasound examination of deep veins in both lower extremities.Results There was no significant difference in D-dimer test Results between the two groups on the postoperation first day, and the comparison of D-dimer test Results at day 7,14,21 postoperation showed statistically significant difference.A total of 10 of the 120 patients had DVT in the lower limbs,including 2 in the experimental group and 8 in the control group.Conclusion Nursing intervention, as a comprehensive nursing measure to prevent deep venous thrombosis, can effectively reduce the incidence of lower limbs DVT.
