影像学检查在机械性肠梗阻诊断76例

目的探讨影像学检查对械性肠梗阻诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析临床和(或)X片疑为肠梗阻疾病的76例。结果76例中,49例保守治疗而愈,27例运用钡餐、B超、CT检查确诊病因,及时手术。包括8例肠肿瘤、4例肠套叠、6例肠粘连、3例肠扭转等。结论结合CT、B超或消化道钡餐检查可快速显示梗阻部位和病因,有助于临床制定治疗方案。

76 Cases of Diagnosis on Mechanical Intestinal Obstruction

Objective To evaluate image examination in the diagnosis of patients with suspected intestinal obstruction in whom and/or plain radiographic findings were inconclusive.Methods 76 cases with mechanical intestinal obstruction were retrospectively analyzed.Results 49 cases were cured with nonoperation.Correct diagnosis and immediate operation was made in 27 cases by examination of CT,Ultrasound or Barium upper gastrointestinal(UGI)examination.includingneoplasms(8), adhesions(6),intussusception(4),bowe1 torsion(3),external or interna1 hernias(5),gallstone ileus(1).Conclusion CT,Ultrasound or Barium upper gastrointestinal(UGI) examination can help differentiate rapidly mechanical intestinal obstruction from other conditions resulting in bowel dilatation,determine the location and cause of obstruction which is helpful for clinical management.
