| 摘 要： | Th1/Th2两类细胞因子调节人体的免疫反应,在生殖器疱疹的免疫反应中有重要作用。生殖器疱疹患者Th2细胞因子占优势,复发频率与Th1/Th2平衡失调具有显著的相关性;Th1/Th2平衡与细胞因子相互作用、协同刺激分子、信号传导机制相关;从而可以通过Th2型细胞因子向Th1型细胞因子逆转来预防和治疗生殖器疱疹。

| Abstract: | The Th1 and Th2 type cytokines, which regulate the human immune response, play an important role in the immune response to infection with genital herpes virus. In patients with genital herpes, the levels of Th1 cytokines relatively decreased, while those of Th2 cytokines increased. Th1/Th2 imbalance is linked with the frequency of relapses of the disease. Furthermore, the balance between the two types of cytokine is related to the interaction of cytokines, costimulating molecules and mechanism of signal conduction. It is postulated that the prophylaxis and treatment of genital herpes be carried out by the shifting from Th2 to Th1 type cytokines. |
