伤寒暴发流行时病人的心理状况及护理干预

[目的]探讨部队官兵面临突发公共卫生事件时的心理表现,为卫勤保障提供依据。[方法]采用症状自评量表对在野外训练时,因饮水污染暴发副伤寒甲型的某部官兵进行心理健康测评。住院组官兵在积极治疗的基础上加强心理护理、饮食控制及健康宣教;对照组(未发病官兵)以加强卫生防疫,专家下基层进行防病和心理知识讲课,预防性用药为主。[结果]两组官兵躯体化、强迫性因子分比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]重视疫地易感人群的心理宣教,加强管理,增强防病意识,可防止群体性心理反应。

Mental status and nursing interventions of patients in typhoid outbreak period

Objective: To probe into psychological manifestations of military officers and soldiers when they faced to accidental public health events, to provide a basis for military logistics health safeguard. Methods: Military officers and soldiers who got paratyphoid type A because of contaminated water during field exercise were carried out psychological health assessment by filling out symptoms checklist. Military officers and soldiers with paratyphoid admitted in hospital as test group were given psychological care, diet control and health education based on active treatment. And the others officers and solders of uninfected as control group were strengthened sanitary and antiepidemic. Experts gave lectures about diseases prevention and psychology for them and some preventative medicines were given. Result: In terms of somatization and compulsion factors scoring, there was statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions: For the purpose of preventing colonial psychological reactions, one should pay more attention to psychological education, strengthen management and diseases precaution awareness of susceptible population in epidemic area.
