老年原发性高血压患者脉压指数与左心室肥厚的关系

目的探讨老年原发性高血压患者脉压指数与左心室肥厚关系。方法老年高血压病患者130例根据脉压指数（PPI）分为A组68例,B组62例。统计并计算各组的性别、高血压病程、体重指数（BMI）、血糖、血脂、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、脉压（PP）、脉压指数（PPI）、左室重量指数（LVMI）、左室短轴缩短率（EF）、射血分数（FS）。结果年龄、病程、PPI、PP、SBP与LVMI呈正相关（P〈0.01）,而DBP与LVMI负相关（P〈0.01）。PPI≥0.5的高血压患者,左室肥厚的发生率明显高于PPI〈0.5的患者（P〈0.01）。结论老年原发性高血压患者脉压指数与左心室肥厚密切相关。

The Relationship between Pulse Pressure Index and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy in Elderly Patients with Pssential Hypertension

Objective To explore the relationship between pulse pressure index and left ventricular hypertrophy in elderly patients with essential hypertension（EH）.Methods A retrospective investigation of 130 hospitalized patients with EH（male 76 cases,54 cases of women）was performed,In accordance with pulse pressure index（PPI）0.5,PPI≥0.5,the patients were divided into two groups（group A,n=68;group B,n=62）.In each group,the correlation of PPI with sex,hypertension course,body mass index（BMI）,SBP,DBP,PP,blood glucose,blood lipids,LVMI,EF,FS were analyzed.Results There were positive correlations of LVMI with age,course of hypertension,PP,PPI,SBP（r=0.20,0.19,0.17,0.48,P0.01）,while there was negative correlation of LVMI with DBP（r=-0.47,P0.01）.The incidence of left ventricular hypertrophy of the group with PPI≥0.5 was significantly higher than that of the group with PPI0.5 in（P0.01）.Conclusion There is correlation between PPI and left ventricular hypertrophy in elderly patients with essential hypertension.
