| 摘 要： | 目的通过颈动脉超声观察飞行员颈动脉形态功能变化，为飞行员心血管系统健康鉴定提供依据。方法参照ARIC方案，对27名飞行员（组A）和30名非飞行健康人（组B）做颈动脉超声检查，采用高分辨率彩色多普勒超声仪，选用线阵探头，频率为5—10MHz。测量双侧颈总动脉近端、远端和窦部的内中膜厚度（IMT）、收缩与舒张内径并测算动脉紧张度为（收缩期内径-舒张期内径）×100／舒张期内径。
