| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC法测定泌淋胶囊中没食子酸的含量。方法：采用C18柱；甲醇-0．4％磷酸溶液（1：99）为流动相；检测波长为272nm。结果：线性范围10．1290—1．290μg，r=0．9999，平均回收率98．94％，RSD=2．28％（n=6）。结论：该方法简便，分离效果好，可用于泌淋胶囊质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid in Milin capsules. METHODS ： A C18 column was used; The mobile phase was Methanol -0. 4%phosphate （ 1 ： 99） ; Content was detected at a wavelength of 272nm. RESULTS： The linear rang was 0. 1290 - 1. 290μg, r =0. 9999. The average recovery rat was 98.94% , RSD =2. 28% （n =6）. CONCLUSION： This method is convient with a good separating degree and can be used for the quality control of Milin Capsules. |
