| 摘 要： | 以民族植物学的观点，介绍田七（Panaxnotoginseng（Burk）F．H．chen）的药用和食用历史，分析田七的药用价值以及现代研究的广泛开发前景，探讨了田七的民族植物文化，认为田七集美容、食用、保健、药用于一体，是一种重要的地方民族药用植物。

| Abstract: | The medicinal and edible history of Panax notoginseng is introduced in the view of ethnobotany, its medicinal value and development prospect are analyzed and its ethnobotany culture is discussed. The result shows that it is valuable in cosmetic, edible, conservancy and medicine. |
