食管癌晚期支架置入术并发症的观察及处理

目的：探讨食管支架置入术并发症及其处理措施。方法：对32例患者实施内镜直视下镍钛记忆合金涂膜返反流型白扩张式食管支架置入术，观察并发症的发生及处理。结果：32例支架置入术均获成功，术中出现胸痛不适及异物感15例（46．9％），支架移位3例（9．4％），呕吐9例（28．1％），支架堵塞8例（25％），出血5例（15．6％），经临床处理后，并发症均得到较好控制。结论：镍钛记忆合金涂膜返反流型自扩张式食管内支架置入术对治疗食管癌晚期食管狭窄效果好，绝大多数术后并发症轻微，积极预防和处理并发症可使该技术更安全有效。

Analysis of complications after esophageal stent placement

Objective： To investigate and treat postoperative complications after esophageal stent placement. Methods： Positioning with endoscopy, the ti - ni shape memory alloy esophageal stent implantation in 32 eases. The complications were observed and treated. Results： There were 15 cases （46.9%） with postoperative sternal pain and discomfort after, 3 eases （9.4%） with stent displacement, 9 eases （28. 1% ） with reflux, 6 eases （9.7%） of obstruction and 5 eases （ 15.6% ） with hemorrhage. Conclusion： The ti - ni shape memory alloy esophageal stent implantation can effectively improve the symptoms of esophageal cardiac obstruction, this method is an effective palliative treatment for late esophageal cancer, though it brings more complications.
