毫火针治疗褥疮41例

目的：针对长期卧床者发生的褥疮,探讨毫火针治疗褥疮方法,促进愈合。方法：对41例长期卧床发生褥疮符合入选标准的患者进行随机分成两组,治疗组22例,对照组19例,对照组常规用红外线照射及护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上加毫火针针刺治疗。结果：在治疗7天、14天、21天后治疗组治愈加显效率分别为64．87％,89．19％,100％;对照组分别为30．56％、61．12％、78．34％。结论：毫火针治疗褥疮在临床上有较好疗效。
