广州市13所三级医院医院感染管理现状调查

目的了解广州市的13所三级医院的医院感染管理现状,为提高医院感染管理的整体水平提供依据。方法根据《医院感染管理办法》、《传染病防治法》的有关要求设计调查表,采用现场调查的方法对广州市13所三级医院的医院感染管理现状进行调查。结果12所床位数大于300的医院全部成立了医院感染管理科,配备了专职人员,专职人员大学及以上学历占70%,职称以中、高级为主,预防医学专业人员短缺。在医院感染监测方法、资料分析上存在一定的问题。结论重视医院感染管理工作,完善监测方法,提高专业人员的预防医学专业知识,积极探索合理有效的医院感染管理模式,是今后工作的重点。

Objective To assess the situation in management of nosocomial infections(NI) in three-grade hospitals in Guangzhou and provide evidences for improving the management quality.Methods Questionnaires were designed based on the Requirements of The Guide Lined for Management of Nosocomial Infections and Guilds for Disinfection in Hospitals.Results Twelve hospitals each with an excess of 300 beds have set up the department of NI control and management.Most professionals are women(82.1%).70 percent of the professionals with college or higher degrees.The majority have intermediate or advanced job titles.There is a lack of professionals majored in public health.The methods of NI surveillance and data analysis still need to be improved.Conclusion Enhancing the surveillance system,rigorous training professionals with public health knowledge and exploring more effevtive modes of management are key to improving management of NI in three-grade hospitals in the future.
