| 摘 要： | 目的了解单纯性脂肪肝患者血清瘦素水平情况。方法测定50例单纯性脂肪肝组和50例正常对照组的血清瘦素、血脂水平,并进行结果分析。结果单纯性脂肪肝组瘦素水平高于对照组(P<0．05),但单纯性脂肪肝组瘦素水平与血脂无相关性(P均>0．05),而正常对照组中瘦素水平与胆固醇(Chol)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量有显著相关性 (P均<0．01)。结论瘦素在脂肪肝患者中水平较高,可作为诊断该病的一项指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum leptin levels in patients with pure fatty liver disease. Methods The serum leptin levels and the blood lipid levels in forty-seven patients with pure fatty liver disease (the study group) and in fifty healthy individuals of the control group were measured. The data had been analyzed by using correlation analysis and compared. Results In the study group, the serum leptin levels were higher than those in the control group, there was statistically difference ( P <0.05), but there was no correlation between serum leptin and blood lipid ( P >0. 05). In the control group, serum lipid level was closely related to cholesterol and high- density lipoprotein ( P <0.01). Conclusion The higher level of serum leptin in patients with fatty liver disease can be used as an marker for diagnosis of this disease. |
