四川省城市和农村公共厕所卫生现状调查

目的为了解四川省城市和农村公共厕所卫生现状,分析存在的主要问题和影响公共厕所卫生状况的主要因素,从而为《城市公共厕所卫生标准》的修订提供理论依据。方法按照国家疾病预防控制中心"公共厕所卫生状况实地调查实施方案"的要求,采用现场询问和入厕调查方式对105座公厕的基本情况、内部状况、储粪方式、外环境状况、卫生管理、群众满意度等情况进行了调查。结果四川省的公厕以独立式厕所为主,占73.33%,水冲式厕所占99.00%,给水方式以自来水为主,占55.24%;城市点每座公厕内使用面积平均数少于农村,小便器城市以小便斗为主,农村以小便槽为主;建造材料主要为陶瓷,通风以自然风为主,公厕内卫生状况城市好于农村;公厕粪池形式以化粪池为主,占89.52%;公厕外环境合格率达91%以上;公厕的卫生管理合格率城市高于农村;公厕粪便后续处理方式城市由处理厂处理,农村主要是直接外排;公厕满意度调查城市高于农村。结论四川省公厕卫生还存在问题,尤其是农村公厕,政府应加大农村公厕硬件设施和经费投入,制定适合城市和农村的《公共厕所卫生标准》,加大公厕卫生管理力度,缩小城乡公厕卫生状况的差距。
