摘    要:目的: 比较视频信号和超声背向散射信号测定对散射体浓度变化的敏感性, 探讨散射体浓度与其声学特性间的关系。方法: 测定 0.1% 到2.0% 不同浓度淀粉悬液的视频强度和背向散射积分。结果: 淀粉悬液的浓度-视频强度和浓度-背向散射积分曲线形态相近, 均由上升支、平台、下降支组成, 背向散射积分上升幅度 (约30dB) 大于视频信号的上升幅度 (约 20dB)。结论: 背向散射积分测定对散射体浓度的敏感性优于视频强度测定, 散射体浓度增大可使后方的信号衰减逐渐增大。

A Simulator Study of Tissue Characterization: Acoustic Densitometry in Varied Concentrations of Amylum Suspension
Abstract:Objective:To compare the sensitivity of video intensity and ultrasonic backscatter signal analysis in varied concentration scatter factors and to find the relation between the varied concentration scatter factor and acoustic property.Methods:Varied concentration amylum suspensions from 0 1% to 2% as the simulator were used for analysis of video intensity and backscatter integration.Results:Concentration-video intensity and concentration-backscatter integration of amylum suspension both had a similar form of ascendant slope,a plateau and a descendant slope.But the ascendant amplitude of backscatter curve(about 30dB) is higher than that of video intensity curve(about 20dB).Conclusion:The sensitivity of backscatter integration analysis was higher than video intensity analysis.Increased concentration of scatter will bring about increased attenuation in the back field.
