三甲综合医院国家自然科学基金管理策略探究△

目的:分析南京市某医院"十三五"期间的国家自然科学基金现状和存在问题,探究促进三甲综合医院国家自然科学基金管理的有效策略。方法:对医院2016-2020年度国家自然科学基金申报与资助总体情况、资助类别、主持人基本情况和科室分布情况等方面进行回顾性分析。结果:国家自然科学基金申报数逐年增加,而资助率逐年下降;申报类型集中于青年科学基金项目和面上项目,占98.50%;基金主持人大多为初级职称人员,占比46.81%;获资助基金数最多的前4名科室都为省级临床重点专科,其他科室均少于5项。结论:通过提高科研热情、增强各方支撑、聚焦人才培养和重视学科发展途径,全面促进三甲综合医院国家自然科学基金的有效管理。

Research on the Management Strategy of the National Natural Science Foundation of the Grade-A Tertiary General Hospital

Objective:To explore effective strategies to promote the management of the National Natural Science Foundation ofgrade-A tertiarygeneral hospitals by analysing the current situation and problems of the National Natural Science Foundation of a certainhospital in Nanjing during the“13 th Five-Year Plan”period. Methods:A retrospective analysis was made of the overall situation,the funding category,the basic situation of the host and the distribution of the departments of the 2016-2020 National Natural Science Foundation. Results:The number of applications for the National Natural Science Foundation has increased year by year,while the funding rate has decreased. The types of applications are concentrated in the youth science fund projects and general projects,accounting for 98.50%,most of the fund hosts are personnel with junior professional titles,accounting for 46.81 %.The top 4 departments with the largest number of funding funds are all provincial key clinical specialties,and all other departments have less than 5 items. Conclusion:Through ways of increasing the enthusiasm for scientific research,strengthening the support of all parties,focusing on talent training and paying attention to the development of disciplines,we will comprehensively promote the effective management of the National Natural Science Foundation of grade-A tertiary general hospital.
