摘    要:目的 研究黄蜀葵花不同开放程度对黄蜀葵花药材中总黄酮、金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷含量及其醇提取物的影响.方法 采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定黄蜀葵花药材中总黄酮含量,采用高效液相色谱法测定黄蜀葵花药材中金丝桃苷和异槲皮苷的含量,并比较黄蜀葵花药材醇提转移率,评价不同开放程度样品之间的差异.结果 完全开放的黄色黄蜀葵花中各成分含量...

Effects of different flowering degrees of Abelmoschus manihot on flavonoids and extraction rate

Abstract:Objective To research the effects of different flowering degrees of Abelmoschus manihot (L.) Medic on the contents of total flavonoids, hyperoside, isoquercitrin and the ethanol extracts.Methods The content of total flavonoids in A. manihot (L.) Medic was determined by UV-Vis spectrophotometry, and the contents of hyperoside and isoquercitrin were determined by HPLC. The ethanol extraction transfer rates of A. manihot (L.) Medic were compared to evaluate the differences among samples with different flowing degrees. Results The content of each component in fully-opened-yellow flower is higher, the alcohol extraction transfer rate is higher and the oil layer is less. The content of each component in semi-opened and unopened yellow-green flower is lower, the alcohol extraction transfer rate is lower and the oil layer is more than others. Conclusion The A. manihot should be harvested after full opening during the flowering period, and bright yellow is the best color. This study provides quality control basis for the further development and utilization of Abelmoschus manihot in various regions.
