肺与肠道在解剖学上并无直接的联系,但在临床表现上呈现密切的相关性,这种现象被称为“肺-肠轴”。目前认为肺与肠在之间可能通过微生物群、黏膜免疫和神经内分泌网络等途径相互交流和影响。本文综述有关“肺-肠轴”的认识及研究进展。

Research advances of lung-gut axis

The lung and gut are not anatomically related, but show close relationship in the clinic. This phenomenon is named as the lung-gut axis. It has been recognized that lung and gut can influence each other by multiple ways, such as host microbiota, mucosal immunity, and neuroendocrine network. This paper reviewed the understanding of the lung-gut axis and the research advances.
