前路减压植骨钢板内固定治疗颈椎骨折脱位

目的探讨前路手术治疗颈椎骨折脱位临床效果。方法本组12例均于前路减压、复位、植骨及ORION钢板内固定，按神经系统功能分级Frankel分级，于手术前、术后进行分级评定。结果12例患者平均随访14．5个月。骨折、脱位复位均满意，椎体高度稳定性良好，植骨术后3～6个月融合。无钢板螺钉松动、断裂等并发症发生。术后Frankel分级改善一级左右。结论严重颈椎骨折脱位伴脊髓损伤选择经前路手术治疗、复位。神经功能的改善及稳定性的重建效果满意。

Effect of Anterior Approach Decompression, Bone Grafting and Plate Fixation for Cervical Spine Fracture and Dislocation

Objective To investigate the me clinical outcomes of anterior approach operation in the treatment of cervical spine fracture and dislocation. Methods This group included 12 cases;the patients underwent anterior decompression,reduction,bone grafting and the ORION plate fixation. The nervous functions were evaluated bv Frankel＇ s standard before and after operation. Re- stilts 12 patients were followed up for an average of 14.5 months. The results of treating the fractures and dislocations were sat- isfied ,no loss of vertebral height was found ,and the bone was fused in 3-6 months after bone grafting. The complications of plate breaking and screw loosen were not found. After the operations, the patients acquired about 1 Frankel＇ s grade improvement. Con- clusions The improvement of the nervous function and the stability of reconstruction through selecting the anterior approach op- eration and reduction in the treatment of severe cervical spine fi＇acture and dislocation,with spinal cord injured,were satisfied.
