| 摘 要： | 目的探讨提高急性肾后性肾功能衰竭（PARF）的治疗水平。方法48例PARF患者入院后,急行膀胱镜检查,根据病情行输尿管双J管置入术。本组单管置入16例,双管置入8例。对严重肾积水患者在B超引导下行肾穿或造瘘术置管引流。结果48例PARF患者经治疗肾功能有不同程度改善。治疗前后,肾功能和24h尿量经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论PARF患者急诊膀胱镜及造瘘术处理可提高和改善肾功能,延长其生存时间。
