| 摘 要： | 目的：对骨折内固定物断裂原因分析。方法：对2002年9月-2007年8月23例骨折内固定物断裂病例进行分析。结果：骨折未达到解剖复位，内固定物选择及安放位置不当，未及时治疗骨不连，内固定物放置时间过长及术后不适当的功能锻炼、过早负重，是造成内固定物断裂的主要原因。结论：解剖复位、坚强内固定、及时治疗骨不连、及时取出内固定物及术后合理功能锻炼是预防内固定物断裂的根本措施。
