中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌相关消化性溃疡

目的:观察半夏泻心汤联合奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡的临床疗效.方法:将124例Hp相关性消化性溃疡随机分为中西药组43例、西药组42例、中药组39例.中西药组采用半夏泻心汤联合奥美拉唑治疗;西药组采用奥美拉唑加阿莫西林、甲硝唑治疗;中药组采用半夏泻心汤治疗.观察三组治疗前后胃镜、Hp及中医症候的变化.结果:中西药组在溃疡愈合、Hp根除,与西药组相比差异无显著性意义(P＞0.05),与中药纽相比,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05或＜0.01);在中医症候积分改善上,治疗组明显优于单纯中、西药组(P＜0.05).结论:半夏泻心汤联合奥美拉唑是治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡较为有效的途径.

Clinical Study of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Treating Peptic Ulcer Correlated with Pyloric Helicobacterium

objective: To explore the clinical effect of Banxiaxiexin (BXXX) decoction combined with Omeprazole on treating peptic ulcer correlated with pyloric heliconbacterium (Hp). Methods: 124 cases of peptic ulcer correlated with Hp were randomly divided into the treatment group (43 cases), the western medicine group (42 cases) and the traditional Chinese medicine group (39 cases). The treatment group were treated by BXXX decoction combined with Omeprazole, the western medicine group by Omeprazole, Amoxillin and Mitronidazole, the traditional Chinese medicine group by BXXX decoction.The variety of gastroscopy, Hp and traditional symptom were observed. Results: In concrescence ofulcer and deracinating Hp the difference between the treatment group and the western medicine group isnot significant (P>0.05) and the difference between the treatment group and the traditional Chinesemedicine group is significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01). In improving the traditional symptom integral thetreatment group is better than the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Banxiaxiexin (BXXX) decoction combined with Omeprazole is effective to treatpeptic ulcer correlated with pyloric heliconbacterium (Hp).
