蒺藜皂苷提取工艺的初步研究

摘    要:目的研究蒺藜皂苷的提取工艺并对其进行优化选择,为其相关药品的工业生产提供一定的参考。方法通过正交试验以优化选择蒺藜皂苷的提取工艺,并以呋甾皂苷含量作为衡量指标。结果最佳提取工艺条件为A1B3C1。即用4倍量的90%乙醇回流提取2次,每次1h。结论本试验可为蒺藜的进一步研究和资源开发利用提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To study and optimize the extraction of saponins from Tribulus terrestris and to offer reference for the related drug production process.Methods The extraction of saponins from Tribulus terrestris was optimized through orthogonal test and the furostanol saponin content was measured.Results The optimal condition of this process was A1B3C1,namely,90% purified ethanol four times the amount of Tribulus terrestris was used for extraction,one hour for each time.Conclusion This experiment can serve as reference for further studies and use of Tribulus terrestris.
