| 摘 要： | 用人工股骨头置换术治疗股骨颈骨折80例,有系统随访者53例。效果优良率为79.3％,其中新鲜骨折组优良率为89.5％,非新鲜骨折组为73.5％。主张对高龄的新鲜股骨头下骨折、陈旧骨折、骨不连及股骨头缺血坏死者,只要全身情况允许,应首选人工股骨头置换术。并讨论了该手术的早期并发症和晚期并发症,以及对疗效的影响。强调了早期进行功能锻炼的重要性。

| Abstract: | 80 cases of fracture of femoral neck were transplanted with ar-tificial caput femonis. 53 cases were followed and 79.3％ of cases obtaineffect excellently.Of these 89.5% are of fresh fracture and 73.5％ are ofnon fresh fracture.The authors suggest that artificial caput femonis trans-plantition is the first method can be selected for aged fresh fractureof femoral neck, old fracture, ischimia and necrosis of caput femois, un-union fracture if the patient′s body is in good condition. The authorsanalyse fissure of tuberosity, sinking of artificial caput femon, calcific-ation around joint as complication and emphasife early exercise. |
