腺苷蛋氨酸治疗慢性肝病伴胆汁淤积的临床观察

目的：探讨腺苷蛋氨酸治疗慢性肝病伴胆汁淤积的临床疗效。方法：选择慢性肝病伴胆汁淤积的患者61例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组30例给予综合保肝治疗,静脉滴注甘草酸二胺、促肝细胞生长素;治疗组31例在上述治疗的基础上加用腺苷蛋氨酸。结果：治疗2周后,治疗组总有效率为90.3%,显著高于对照组的70.0%（P＜0.05）;总胆红素（TbiL）、胆汁酸（TBA）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）及谷氨酸转肽酶（GGT）分别下降为（60.2±15.6）umol/L、（112.1±23.3）umol/L、（140.2±32.7）U/L、（180.6±41.3.0）U/L,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＆lt;0.05）。结论：腺苷蛋氨酸治疗慢性肝病伴胆汁淤积能显著改善临床症状和肝功能指标,加速黄疸消退,安全性好。

Clinical study of ademetionine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis with cholestasis

Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ademetionine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis with cholestasis, mehtods ：Sixty-one chronic hepatitis patients with cholestasis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Both groups were treated with Ganlixin and PHGF. Ademetionine was added to the treatment group. Results. After 2-week treatment,l he total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （83. 9% vs 66.7%）. The total biliruhin （TbiL）,bile acid, alkaline phosphatase and ）＇--glutamyhransferase in the treatment group were decreased by （60. 2±15. 6）umol/L, （112. 1±23. 3）umol/L, （140.2±32.7）U/L and GGT（180.6±41.3）U/L,respectively,with a signifi-cant difference between the two groups （P〈 0. 05） . Conclusion：Compared with conventional therapy, the combined therapy with ademetionine is more effective in the improvement of the clinical symptoms and liver function indicators in the chronic hepatitis patients with cholestasis, with quickly decreased jaundice and better safety.
