| Abstract: | To inquire into the effect of the lab technician in the medical postgraduates education in the teaching hospital, it is expatiated in this article that the strengthening ideological work, inspire the spirit of the hard struggle; raising the technician own quality, training innovating consciousness; standardizing the usig of the instrument equipment, holding the management of the results and spending ; the teaching experience of the clinical lab teaching of the medical postgraduates education in the teaching hospital. |
