急性脊髓损伤后脑脊液中兴奋性氨基酸含量变化的临床观察

目的；探讨脑脊液中兴奋性氨基酸（ＥＡＡ）含量性急性脊髓损伤的关系。方法；采用氨基酸自动分析仪检测２６例生脊髓损伤患者脑脊髓（ＣＳＦ）中天门冬氨基酸（Ａｓｐ）、谷氨酸（Ｇｌｕ）等ＥＡＡ含量的动态变化。结果；脊髓损伤后２４ｈ内ＣＳＦ中Ａｓｐ、Ｇｌｕ显著升高，其升高幅度与脊髓损伤的程度成正相关，即脊髓损伤越重；Ａｓｐ、Ｇｌｕ升高越显著，且预后就越差；结论；伤后ＣＳＦ中ＥＡＡ含量可作为衡量脊髓损伤程度和预

Clinical observation of the changes of excitatory amino acids content of cerebrospinal fluid after acute spinal cord injury

To study relation between excitatory amino acids(EAA) and spinal cord injury.Methods: We investigated the dynamic changes of excitatory amino acids, aspartate(Asp) and glutamate(Glu) contents of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) in 26 patients with acute spinal cord injury by amino acids autoanalyzer. Results: The contents of glutamate and aspartate were remarkably elevated 24 h after trauma and related to the severity of injury. The more severe the spinal cord injured, the more remarkable the contents of Asp and Glu in CSF increased. The more pronounced the content of EAAs in CSF increased,the worse the patient's prognosis was. Conclusion: Content of EAA in CSF after spinal cord injury may be an indicator to judge injury extent and prognosis, and provide further support for a potential pathophysiological role of EAA in spinal cord injury.
