腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术(罗湖术式)并发症分析

目的探讨腹腔镜下腹膜阴道成形术(罗湖术式)并发症发生的原因,以预防和减少并发症的发生,提高手术安全性。方法对该院91例腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术(罗湖术式)所出现的并发症资料进行回顾性分析。结果91例腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术中发现,并发症8例,发生率为8.79%,其中直肠损伤4例,吻合口撕裂1例,腹膜破裂3例。结论腹腔镜腹膜阴道成形术(罗湖术式)操作较为简单,因其解剖结构术中易出现人工阴道隧道邻近器官的损伤;清晰的盆腔解剖和成功建立阴道隧道是手术成功和降低并发症的关键。

Analysis of the complication after laparoscopic vaginoplasty of peritoneum(Luohu''''s vaginoplasty)

[Objective] To analyze the causes,diagnosis,treatment and preventive methods of complications after laparoscopic vaginoplasty of peritoneum(Luohu's vaginoplasty).[Methods] The complications in 91 patients with laparoscopic vaginoplasty of peritoneum were reviewed retrospectively.[Results] The rate of complication was 8.79%(8/91).Among 8 complication cases,4 cases were rectum injury,1 case was stoma tear,and 3 cases were rupture of peritoneum.[Conclusions] Laparoscopic vaginoplasty of peritoneum(Luohu's vaginoplasty)appears to be simple.Organic injury near artificical vaginal tunnel easily appears because operative anatomical position is straitness.The clear pelvic anatomise and artificical vaginal tunne upbuilding are the key points of performing successfully and reducing the complications on laparoscopic vaginoplasty of peritoneum.
