| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肝硬化腹水合并低钠血症的发生机制及防治方法.方法:回顾分析确诊肝硬化腹水合并低钠血症患者30例,探讨综合治疗合用甘露醇临床疗效.结果:低钠血症30例中,显效21例,好转5例,无效3例,死亡1例.结论:合理限水、补钠、利尿及合用甘露醇脱水有利于纠正低钠血症,降低病死率.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the mechanism of hepatocirrhosis ascite with hyponatremia and its prevention.Methods: Retrospective analysis of 30 patients with hepatocirrhosis ascite with hyponatremia,and reasonable therapy,such as restriction of water,administration of hypertonic saline,diuretic and mannitol were given.Then the clinical efficacy was studies.Results: Among 30 patients, 21 patients were received significantly effect,5 patients were gained improvement,3 patients had no change and 1 patient was died.Co... |
