| 摘 要： | 目的探讨组织谐波成像技术在进展期胃癌诊断中的价值。方法选择37例胃癌患者，适量饮用胃窗声学造影剂充盈胃腔后，分别采用基波（FI）和组织谐波（THI）成像，比较FI与THI图像质量差别。结果采用THI成像，对胃癌病灶的显示率为100％，THI能明显改善图像质量，较FI差异显著（P〈0．05）；对胃壁浸润范围、胃壁浸润深度、胃外侵入及转移的显示满意率分别为：97％、97％和100％。超声检查结果同胃镜、CI、及手术病理对照对病变部位、病变浸润深度、胃外浸润及转移判断符合率分别为：85％、95％、95％。结论组织谐波能明显改善图像质量，清晰显示肿瘤病变。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of tissue harmonic imaging in the diagnosis of advanced stomach carcinoma.Methods 37 cases of stomach carcinoma with oral ultrasonic contrast agent was examined by fundamental imaging(FI) and tissue harmonic imaging(THI),and the effect of the two technology was compared.Results The detecting rate was 100% by THI,which show a significant difference than FI(P<0.05);the detecting rate to stomach wall of encroach boundary and depth,metastasis,infiltrate was 97%,97% and 100%,respectively.Ultrasonography of consequence which was testified by the gastroscopy CT and biopsy was 85%,95% and 95%.Conclusion THI could significantly improve the image quality,and clearly show the cancer. |
