CAPD患者早期应用缬沙坦意义的初步探讨

目的：通过分析CAPD患者血中血浆C反应蛋白、血肌酐、尿素清除指数、24h尿量、糖化血红蛋白水平等指标间关系,探讨缬沙坦在CAPD早期应用的意义。方法：测定60例CAPD患者血浆C反应蛋白、血肌酐、尿素清除指数、24h尿量、糖化血红蛋白水平,分析缬沙坦组和对照组指标间的差异,并对比两组间心血管疾病发生率及糖化血红蛋白差异。结果：CAPD患者两组间各观察指标存在显著差异;缬沙坦组在心血管疾病发生率明显低于对照组,糖化血红蛋白水平明显低于对照组。结论：CAPD患者早期应用缬沙坦对于改善终末期肾病患者体内微炎症状态、保护残肾功能、稳定血糖代谢具有重要意义。

Preliminary Discuss of Meaning of Use Valsartan on CAPD in Early Stage

Objective：To investigate the relationship between serum CRP 、Creatine、KT/V 、urinary volume in 24-hours 、HbA1C in petients on CAPD,discuss the meanings of of use Valsartan on CAPD in early stage.Methods：Levels of CRP,Serum creatine、KT/V 、urinary volume in 24-hours 、HbA1C in 60 patients on CAPD was measured,anylase the differences of indies between Valsartan＇ and compared groups,contrast the differences of two groups in aspect of morbidity of cardiovascular disease and HbA1C.Results：The difference was significant between group in patients with Valsartan and compared group by the indeixes;In aspect of morbidity of CVD and level of HbA1C is significantly lower in Valsartan＇ group than compared group.Conclusion：The use of Valsartan have significance in aspect of improve micro-inflammation in patients with ESRD,protect residual renal function,stabilize the metabolism of glucose.
