| 摘 要： | 报告1例先天性外胚叶发育不良导致无牙。患者,男,10岁,因怕热不出汗、全口牙齿缺失于2010年9月12日就诊。患者毛发稀疏无光泽,指甲正常,智力发育正常。前额隆起,两眼皮肤皱纹多,鞍鼻,上唇短厚而外翻,面中1/3发育不足,呈苍老样外观。常呈现不出汗、怕热。

| Abstract: | To report one case of congenital ectodermal dysplasia causes no teeth. Were male, 10 years old, do not sweat because of heat intolerance, full-mouth tooth loss in the September 12, 2010 for treatment. Patients with sparse dull hair, nail normal mental development is normal. Forehead bulge, eyes and more wrinkles, saddle nose, upper lip short thick outer, surface of 1/3 deficiency, was old-like appearance. Often show no sweating, heat intolerance. |
