心脏直视手术后应用脂肪乳剂的研究

心脏直视术后患者22例，随机分成2组。研究组12人，接受5％葡萄糖和脂肪乳剂支持5天；对照组10例，仅输入5％葡萄糖。结果显示：研究组术后第三天及第四天氮平衡与对组相比存在明显差异，P＜0.05。两组手术前后测定血糖，甘油三酯，胆固醇，SGPT，尿素氮及肌酐等均正常。结论：心脏直视术后接受短期脂肪乳剂支持，可以降低创伤后的高分解效应，提高术后的耐受能力。

The Application of lipid emulsions after open heart surgery

Twenty-two patients after open heart surgery were divided into 2 groups (experimental group and control group)at random Experimental group of 12 patients were given 5 % glucose and 20% fat emulsion five days. Control group of 10 patients were just given 5 % glucose five days. The amount of nitrogen excretion were measured each day in which 24 hours urine oollections were obtained, comparing with two group at nitrogen balance there was a significantly different in postoperation 3 and 4 days. There was no significant differences in glucose, triglycerides cholesterol urea nitrogen, creatinine and SGPT in preoperation and postopenation. There results suggested fat emulsion may decrease the hypermetabolic response after open heart surgery.
