针刺配合西药治疗幽门螺杆菌感染相关性胃炎临床观察

目的：观察针刺配合H2受体桔抗剂二联法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为针刺配合H2受体拮抗剂二联治疗组及H2受体拮抗剂为主的三联法对照组进行临床观察。结果：两组疗效基本一致(P＞0．05)，而治疗组症状消失天数明显短于对照组(P＜0．01)；治疗组不良反应出现率显著少于对照组(P＜0．01)。结论：针刺配合H2受体拮抗剂二联法治疗本病，具有疗效显著、症状缓解快、不良反应出现率低等优点。

Clinical observation on treatment of Helicobacter Pylori-related gastritis by combination of acupuncture with western medicine

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with H2-receptor blocker on helicobacter pylori-related gastritis. Methods 80 cases of helicobacter pylori-related gastritis were randomly divided into the treatment group treated by acupuncture combined with H-receptor blocker, and the control group treated by triad method. Results The therapeutic effects in the two groups were similar (P>0.05), and the days for disappearance of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group (P<0.01), and the rate of the adverse effect rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (F<0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with H-receptor blocker has advantages of signiticant therapeutic effect, rapid relieving symptoms and lower rate of adverse effect.
