摘    要:目的 探讨心脏病患心人内皮素(ET-1)、心钠素(ANF)与心脏功能的关系。方法 45例行心脏手术的心脏病民得、均按NYHA标准评价心功能并在心包切开前同时取心包液及静脉血,按放免分析法测定ANF、ET-1浓度。结果 (1)心包液中存在具有免疫活性的ANF和ET-1,二在心包液中的浓度均显高于其血浆中的浓度(P〈0.01);(2)心包液ET-1与心功能呈负相关(r=-0.49,P=0.001

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between cardiac function and ANF and ET 1 levels in the pericardial fluid (PF) of patients with heart disease. Methods Forty five patients with heart disease underwent cardiac surgery were studied. PF and venous blood samples were taken before pericardiotomy. ET 1 and ANF levels were measured by RIA. Result (1) Both ir ANF and ir ET levels in the PF were found significantly higher than those in the serum ( P< 0 01). (2) ET 1 level in the PF was negatively relevant to the cardiac function (r= -0 49, P= 0 001). (3) ANF level in the PF was positively relevant to the cardiac function (r= 0 652, P< 0 01), and it was also significantly relevant to the ratio of heart to chest (r= 0.586, P= 0 001). Conclusion ANF and ET 1 levels are closely related to the cardiac function in patients with heart disease.
