摘    要:目的 探讨急诊医疗纠纷的常见原因及防范措施.方法 对上海市2002年9月~2005年80例急诊医疗纠纷的原因进行分析,探讨其防范措施.结果 发生急诊医疗纠纷的原因主要为医务人员经验/技术水平差、医务人员未按诊疗常规行医/法律法规知识缺乏等.要防止急诊医疗纠纷的发生,应严格遵守相关规章制度;急诊病史记录详实;重视与家属沟通患者的病情;加强医师基本技能、基础理论、基本知识的训练.结论 医疗纠纷产生原因主要在医生方面.应针对原因进行防范.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the causes and prevention strategies of medical friction in emergency departmentMethods By analyzing the main causes of 80 cases with medical friction in emergency department between Sep.2002 to Dec.2005,the prevention methods were explored.Results The main causes of medical friction were short of clinical experience/bad diagnosis and treatment skills,lack of the knowledge of law,etc.In order to guard against medical friction,emergency medical record should be recorded detailedly,communication with patient or their relatives,pay close attention to patient,physicians should grasp basic skills,basic theories and basic knowledge.Conclusion The doctors are responsible for the medical friction;it is important to prevent it according to its causes.
