| 摘 要： | 病理活检对毛发疾病的诊断有着极其重要的作用。毛发的病理切片有垂直切片和水平切片两种,对于这两种不同方向的切片方法的优缺点众说不一,且至今没有作出系统性的比较,本文就垂直切片和水平切片间不同的解剖学特点,准备和加工的难易程度、可观察的毛囊数量及能否预示疾病发展等方面做一综述。

| Abstract: | Objective Biopsy plays a key role in diagnosis of hair diseases. Pathological section include vertical and transverse sections. There,are not any published data directly comparing the two methods. Here we review the differences such as the anatomy,preparation and processing,follicles available for study in sections and prediction of hair regrowth between the two methods. |
