中西药联合治疗妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症

目的评价茵栀黄注射液与门冬氨酸钾镁注射液联合治疗妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症（ICP）的效果。方法将72例患者随机分为2组：中西药组采用茵栀黄注射液与门冬氨酸钾镁注射液治疗，西药组单用门冬氨酸钾镁注射液治疗。治疗后2周比较瘙痒评分及肝功能，分娩后比较妊娠结果与围产儿预后情况。结果中西药组治疗后瘙痒评分、血清总胆红素（TBIL）、直接胆红素（DBIL）、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天冬氨基转移酶（AST）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）、白蛋白（ALB）、总胆固醇（CHOL）均明显下降。与对照组比较有非常显著性意义（P〈0．01）；且孕周较长、剖腹产低率、产时缺氧发生率低、新生儿体重较轻（P〈0．05）。结论茵栀黄注射液与门冬氨酸钾镁注射液联合滴注治疗ICP有效而价廉。

Treatment of Intrahepatic Chostasis of Pregnancy Dy Integrative Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To observe the effete of Yinzhihuang injection combincd with potrssium magineaspartale injection in intrahepatic cholestabis of pregnaney. Methods Seventu-two cases ofintrahepatie choestcsis of pregnrncy have keen choren and rsmdomly divided into 2 groups,the Chineseand Western medirine group treated with Yinzhihuang combined with potassium magine asparlali andWesteiu medieine group treated With potassium wagine agpartale.After 2 weeks'treatment,the itchscore and liver tunction were obadenosy.The mdthiers and prognosis of mowborns were inuestigated.Results Make a comparison after trentwent between the two groups,there wene signiticant differencesin TBLI,DBIL,ALT,AST,ALP,CGOL an Grada of ( P<0.01);the incidence of fetal distress rnd neondtalasphyxia were decreased in Chinesr and western medicine group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,pregnancy periodwas prolonged and weight of hewdowns were increased. Couclusion Good effieacy wnd vather cheaperwas got in treating patients withICP Yinzhihuang combined witl potrsium magine aspartal.
