实习护生的护理缺陷分析与对策

目的探讨护理临床教学中实习生发生护理缺陷的原因及预防对策的有关问题。方法通过4例护理缺陷个案进行总结分析,找出护理缺陷发生的原因,制定防范的对策,完善护理临床教学管理,建立师生双向评价表,强化岗前培训和法律意识教育。结果新入科的护理实习生在带教老师的言传身教下,入科2周能单独完成本科室的常用护理操作,9年来共接收200多名实习生未发生严重差错及事故,仅发生1例实习护生引起的护理缺陷,较前有明显减少(P<0.01),学风良好,深受患者的称赞和带教老师的好评,全院呈现出师徒互敬互学,你追我赶的学习风气。结论加强实习带教的管理,带教老师在护理教学中加强自身建设,细致了解实习生的心理状态,并针对不同的心理状态进行心理指导,及时发现潜在隐患,是杜绝护生出现护理缺陷的关键。
