甲状腺癌中VEGF ras-p21的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系

摘    要:目的 研究甲状腺癌中血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF) ,原癌基因ras的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系。方法 采用免疫组化对 6 0例甲状腺肿瘤 (其中甲状腺癌 4 0例 ,甲状腺腺瘤 2 0例 )标本中VEGF、ras -p2 1的表达进行检测。结果 甲状腺癌中VEGF、p2 1表达的阳性率分别为 72 .5 % ,5 2 .5 % ,明显高于甲状腺腺瘤(P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ;甲状腺癌VEGF的表达与ras -p2 1的表达显著相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与淋巴结转移显著相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;甲状腺癌p2 1的表达与淋巴结转移无关。结论 甲状腺癌中VEGF的表达与ras -p2 1表达呈显著相关 ,在甲状腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between the expression of oncogene and VEGF in human thyroid tumors and lymphatic metastasis. Methods 60 cases of thyroid neoplasm including 40 cases of thyroid cancer and 20 cases of thyroid adenoma were studied by immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rate of VEGF and ras-p21 were 72% and 52.5% respectively in thyroid carcinoma. The discrepancy of the expression of VEGF and ras-p21 were very obvious in thyroid carcinoma than those in adenoma (P<0.01, 0.05). A correlation between the expression of VEGF and ras-p21 was detected in thyroid carcinoma (P<0.05). A significant correlation was found between VEGF and lymph node metastasis in thyroid cancer (P<0.05). Ras-p21 was not correlated with lymph node metastasis in thyroid cancer. Conclusion VEGF expression was correlated significantly with the expression of ras-p21 in thyroid cancer and had an important role in the initiation and development of human thyroid cancer.
