摘    要:本文采用大鼠全脑缺血模型,观测脑缺血再灌流脑组织Ca~(2 )依赖性中性蛋白酶(calci-um-activated neutral proteinase,calpain)活性的变化及海马C_(A1)区神经元损害改变。结果显示脑缺血再灌流脑组织calpain Ⅰ和calpain Ⅱ活性都明显升高(P<0.01),C_(A1)区神经元密度相应下降,提示calpains在脑缺血损害过程中可能起一定作用。

Abstract:We have investigated the changes of calcium-activated neutral proteinases (calpains) activity during reperfusion after transient cerebral ischemia by using the four-vessel occlusion model of ischemia in rat. The results indicated that calpain I and calpain I activities increased significantly and neuronal density of the CAI region of the hippocampus decreased correspondently. It is concluded that calpains may be responsible for ischemic damage to the brain.
