功能性消化不良运用温中健脾汤治疗的效果观察

目的：探讨功能性消化不良运用温中健脾汤治疗的效果。方法：研究我院2014年6月至2015年11月期间收治的80例功能性消化不良患者，分为对照组和观察组各40例，其中对照组运用奥美拉唑、吗丁啉治疗，观察组在对照组基础上运用温中健脾汤治疗，分析两组患者治疗效果差异。结果：在治疗有效率上，观察组为95%，对照组为77.5%，两组差异具有统计学意义，p<0.05；在治疗前后症状评分上，观察组改善幅度高于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义，p<0.05。结论：功能性消化不良运用温中健脾汤治疗可以有效的提升治疗疗效，改善临床症状。

Functional Dyspepsia Treated use temperature in the spleen of Effect

Objective:To investigate the use of functional dyspepsia temperature in the spleen soup therapy. Methods:80 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia, control the use of omeprazole, domperidone treatment, observation group added Wenzhong Jianpi Decoction. Results:In the treatment efficiency, the observation group and 95% in the control group was 77.5%, p <0.05; in the symptom score before and after treatment, observation group improved margin was higher, p <0.05. Conclusion: The use of functional dyspepsia temperature in the spleen decoction can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect.
