| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定大黄棱莪颗粒剂中黄芩苷含量方法。方法：采用Nova—pakC18（250mm×4．6mm，10μm），黄芩苷流动相是甲醇-水-磷酸（47：53：0．2），检测波长为280nm，流速为1mL· min^-1，柱温25％。结果：该方法线性范围为4～20μg·mL^-1，r=0．9998，平均回收率为98．8％（RSD=1．5％，n=5）。结论：本方法测定大黄棱莪颗粒剂中黄芩苷含量简便准确，结果稳定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：A HPLC method for the determination of a baicalin in Dahuanglinge Granules was established. METHODS ： Nova - pakC 18 （250 mm x 4.6 ram, 10 μm） column Was used with methanol - water - 0.2 % phosphoric acid （47：53：0.2） as mobile phase. Content Was detected at a wavelength of 280 nm with the column temperature at 25℃ and flow rate 1 mL·min^- 1 RESULTS ： The linear range was 4 - 20 μg· mL^- 1 for baicalin with r = 0. 999 8. The average recovery rate was 98.8 %, RSD = 1.5 % （ n = 5 ） for baicalin. CONCLUSION ： The method Was simple and accurate. The result is stable. |
