社区与家庭结合康复治疗脑瘫患儿的疗效观察

目的：探讨家长树立正确心态参与脑瘫社区家庭结合康复的重要性和治疗效果。方法：将符合诊断标准的80例脑瘫患儿随机分成对照组和家长参与组（家庭组）各40例,均接受社区综合康复治疗。家庭组同时增加家长理论培训和家庭康复训练。2组均观察1年后采用粗大运动功能测试量表（GMFM）评分评定2组患儿的治疗效果。结果：治疗1年后,GMFM分值,2组与治疗前比较均有提高,2组间比较,家庭组明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：家长树立正确心态参与社区家庭结合康复对脑瘫患儿功能改善的疗效显著;社区家庭结合康复是一种科学、有效、经济的治疗模式,对减轻患儿家庭经济负担,保证患儿的终身康复有积极作用。

Effectiveness of Community Rehabilitation and Community Family Rehabilitation for Patients with Cerebral Palsy

Objective： To explore significance and therapeutic efficacy of community family rehabilitation for patients with cerebral palsy. Methods.. Eighty patients with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into control and parental involvement （family） groups （n=40 each）, all receiving community comprehensive rehabilitation treatment. Meanwhile, the family group was given parental theory training and family rehabilitation training. The two groups were evaluated by Gross Motor Function Measure Scale （GMFM） to observe the therapeutic efficacy after 1 year. Results： One year after treatment, the GMFM scores in both two groups were increased, and those in family group were higher than in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion.. The therapeutic efficacy of community family rehabilitation for cerebral palsy was predominant. Community family rehabilitation was a scientific, effective and economical treatment mode, and was positive to decrease economic burden of family and ensure patient＇s lifetime rehabilitation.
