腰椎间盘退变动物模型的建立及MRI观察

摘    要:目的通过手术方法建立一种新的动物模型并在磁共振(MRI)下观察。方法随机选取32只SD大鼠,分为实验组和对照组,每组16只。采用手术方法以L3为中心切除棘突、关节突、棘上棘间韧带,切断双侧竖棘肌。对照组仅切开皮肤后即缝合。术后分别于1、2、3个月行MRI检查。结果对照组T2信号仅有轻度改变,而实验组T2信号明显降低。结论本动物模型成功地建立可为腰椎间盘退变的研究提供较为满意的实验平台。

Abstract:Objective To design a new degenerative disc animal model and observe the chang of MRI in the rat degeneration of lumbar intervertebral.Methods Thirty-two SD rats were divided into two guoups,sixteen as the operating group,and another sixteen as the control group.The operating group was incised through posterior approach along spinous process,resected below erector spinal muscle,resected the supraspinal and interspinal ligament and the posterior of the zygapophysial joint at the center of the third lumbar spine for providing the rat degeneration of lumbar intervertebral induced mechanical instability state.The control group was incised only by the skin.All of th rats were examined one,two and three months after the operation respectively by MRI.Results There is no special MRI's characterization after operation in controlled group,and It was obserbved in MRI that T_2 signal values decreased with a significant difference in the experimental group.Conclusion This method of developing the animal experiment offers model to study the degeneration of lumbar intervertebra disc.
